I think self-nourishment requires that we pay attention to the Spirit to support not just our healing, but our transformation. Becoming whole. 

The retreat is an invitation to self-nourishment using a spiritual lens, a framework to maximize your health efforts by leaning more on your spiritual life.

Who might be interested 

Anyone seeking Spirit in their daily life. This retreat is non-denominational.

The morning includes

  • An overview of spiritual direction and what it can bring to your life

  • The role of spirituality in change-making and transformation

  • Establishing two to three goals to enhance your spiritual growth for the next 3 months

  • Tools and methods to  connect spiritual beliefs and practices to self-nourishment in daily life

  • Delving further into one topic of interest to the whole group. 

What you will experience

  • The potential for a lot of movement very quickly 

  • The positive energy of the group

  • Not doing things alone. Having some companions for the road.
